Papagomo’s political heroes: Mahathir and Najib

One more posting - the final one? - after announcing he's quitting

One more posting – the final one?

This shows what might be the final posting by the notorious pro-Umno blogger Papagomo, said to be a police constable sacked only late last year, and the man given exclusive access by the Defence Ministry to KD Tunku Abdul Rahman, one of the Navy’s two controversial submarines two years ago.

It was posted yesterday, two days after he announced on Twitter that he was quitting to concentrate on his apparel business.

The posting shows Umno president Najib Razak performing the haj and counsels him to be patient. It is a striking combination: Najib’s pose in the photo shows him in apparent supplication to the powers above — seemingly looking upwards towards: Papagomo’s patron saint, Mahathir Mohamad.

Anti-Chinese as always like his hero the bigot Mahathir

Although he said he’s quitting the blog, Papagomo has made a sporadic appearance on Twitter since Monday. He has used Twitter for his virulently anti-Anwar Ibrahim campaign, as well as a steady stream of bigotry and abuse at Malaysian Chinese, and the DAP in particular. At midnight last night, he said:

Coincidentally, this morning Malaysiakini reported Mahathir as making yet another of his racist swipes at critics of the Umno Baru-Barisan Nazional coalition.

Mahathir exhibiting his lifelong anti-Chinese bigotry

In a blog post today, Mahathir said that the racial profile of those who have turned up at post-election protest rallies was proof of “Chinese racism” in the elections. This was because the rallies are “largely attended by the Chinese” and is “mainly a Chinese affair” and would lead to further racial polarisation with the Malays being further sidelined economically and politically.

Mahathir Mohamad, known as one of the Umno Ultras in 1969, has kept up his anti-Chinese colours for more than 44 years.

  1. I wonder if this blogger and the former moron PM understand the meaning of racism or maybe they are just behaving like idiots. The UN does not define racism; however, it does define racial discrimination, According to the United Nations Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. The term “racial discrimination” shall mean any distinction, exclusion, restriction, or preference based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin that has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public life. I hope these two people understand the meaning before blabbering away with nonsense. Typical racism is what the Malaysian government systematically practices on a daily basis and there is a big problem with racism in Malaysia. It’s mostly in the sense of positive discrimination for the Malay majority and the Bumiputra status (cheaper houses, lower interest rates, easier academic access and so on). Economic policies designed to favour ethnic Malays in the expense of the Chinese and Indians is called racism. The other example is about a novel ‘Interlok’ used in schools. It propagates the ideology of ketuanan Melayu. In my considered opinion, this novel is not only unhealthy but absolutely racist. It conveys the central message that Chinese, Indian and other minorities are second-class citizens in addition to perpetuating the divisive notion of a host community (the Malays) versus foreigners (‘bangsa asing’ Cina dan India).” Another example about racism is the whole political culture is racially-charged because so many issues are seen in racial terms. The larger political parties, UMNO, MCA and MIC in the ruling coalition are all based on race. The media often does not help. The government propagates this behaviour and culture. The hooligan Mahathir Mohammed the former PM is the instigator behind all these violence. When the economic crises came about he blamed the Jews and was seen howling and crying about how bad the Jews were. What a recalcitrant. However thieving from the Malaysian treasury and making billionaires out of his family members is not racism but mugging.

  2. Sorry to say this but the majority of the Malays will be in this state of poverty and denial for many generations to come. keep up the good work future PapaGomos and Mahathirs and Hishamuddins and Nazris et al. Good to know that you all have the well being of fellow bumiputeras at heart. Parting shot..if not for the massive amounts of tax paid by the pendatang asings there would be NO GOVERNMENT SERVANTS. Not even gaji buta, more like kacang putih. Call us what you like! You can crawl back into that Scorpene submarine and submerge and never to surface. Or build a bigger tempurung for yourself and your family! Good bloody riddance.

  3. This Papagomo is a bloody racist, calling the other race ‘babi’. Will the PDRM take action against him? If it is the other round(chinese calling malays),what will happen?

  4. This grand son of the pariah from Kerala, the shenanigan Mahathir was there when 13/5/69 took place and it was there he was recognised as a racist and most of all that was where his political career started to become very prominent. Now that he has run of ideas and popularity of the Malays he again is using the Chinese as his bogeymen to return to his old time politics.
He can’t turn to Perkasa buddies, they all lost very badly in the last GE because of his ‘support’ for them and also every other candidates he openly supported plus Umno. When will this out of shelf life shenanigan be prepared to accept that he is more a liability to anyone or party he is out to support ? Even a successful Umno candidate said to the public if not for him his winning margin would have been much bigger. Yet like a broken record he is still loitering around spewing poison whenever he can, doubtless he is too dumb to recognize this fact and will go on and on until the Maker decides HE too has enough of him !
